Accuracy & limits
Why every claim must be checked against the primary source before use.
- Is Priormind a replacement for reading the primary sources?
- No. Priormind produces a first-draft synthesis with citations to help you navigate faster. AI can generate inaccurate citations and conclusions, so you must verify every claim against the primary source before you rely on or publish it.
- Can I use it for academic assignments?
- You can use it to understand and organise sources, but you must not pass AI output off as your own graded work where your institution prohibits it, and you must follow your institution's rules on AI assistance and citation.
- What happens to the documents I upload?
- You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant a limited licence to process it for your synthesis only. Uploads are cleared after a 30-day cache window by default. Do not upload confidential material you are not permitted to process.
- How do the plan quotas work?
- Quotas are metered service usage — a number of briefs, figures and clips per billing period. They are not a stored, prepaid or withdrawable balance, and unused quota does not roll over to the next period.
- Which currency are plans billed in?
- All plans are billed in US dollars (USD). You can pay monthly or yearly; yearly is billed at a discount.
